Custom cookies are a timely process and I may not always be available to accommodate your order. All orders, Pre-orders and customs must be paid in full at the time of order. NO ACCEPTIONS. All orders are for pick-up only at my home in Greece, NY. The address will be emailed to you separately after purchase. Please be mindful and stick to your pick-up day and time. Im a one woman show, often you'll find your order on the porch for pick-ups and the weather doesn't always corporate.

Unfortunately, New York State cottage laws do not allow shipping at this time.

Refund policy:

     Any custom order may be canceled prior to 2 weeks from pick-up date for a 100% refund, minus the cost of special ordered goods to complete your order. (ie. Cookie cutters) After 2 weeks canceled orders will only be refunded 50%, minus the cost of special ordered goods to complete your order.

Pre-orders aren't eligible for return. And there will be no refunds for forgetting to pick-up an order. If you need to send someone else to pick up your order, please contact me.
